For Postgraduate Masters applicants age not more than 35 years old on the first day of July of the program's start year.

Applicant cannot hold any other scholarship, fellowship, grant, or loan without prior written approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Applicants are not recommended to bring family members (spouse, children) during the scholarship period.
